Luisa Luceñara

Luisa "Bing" Luceñara is a dedicated educator, entrepreneur, and community development advocate whose career seamlessly bridges academic excellence, enterprise development, and social impact. She began her academic journey as an alumnus of Western Philippines University Agricultural Science High School (PNAC), later pursuing Civil Engineering under the PNAC–HTU Consortium before ultimately earning her degree in Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Palawan State University. She further strengthened her expertise with a Master’s degree in Business Management and is currently advancing her academic pursuit as a PhD candidate in Business Administration, majoring in Strategy Management.

With a strong foundation in entrepreneurship education, Luceñara has handled a wide range of courses including Entrepreneurial Mind, Entrepreneurial Behavior, Opportunity Seeking, Market Research, Financial Management, Business Plan Preparation, Business Mathematics, Business Ethics, Pricing and Costing, Product Research and Development, and Business Plan Implementation (Practicum). Her teaching philosophy centers on experiential learning, innovation, and developing future-ready entrepreneurs grounded in ethical and sustainable practices.

Beyond the classroom, she brings over two decades of industry experience, having started her own office and school supplies business with copy services as early as 2002. She has also engaged in various trading ventures, including clothing, dry goods, and grocery operations—providing her with practical insights that enrich her academic instruction.

A passionate community builder, Luceñara was one of the founding faculty members of the BS Entrepreneurship program at PSU-CCRD Narra, where she contributed significantly for three years. She also served as Project Director of the Shalom Project – Narra Chapter under Compassion International for a decade, and later as Project Committee Chair for five years, actively participating in policy development and community transformation initiatives.

Her commitment to advancing entrepreneurship education extends to her leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President of the ENEDA MIMAROPA Cluster (2025–2026). Her interests lie in product research and development, social entrepreneurship, sustainable community livelihood, and fostering entrepreneurial solutions to mitigate climate change.

Through her work, Luceñara continues to inspire a new generation of entrepreneurs championing innovation not just for profit, but for purpose, people, and the planet.
